When there is power it charges a set of batteries taking power from electric line or from solar light. During power failure the stored DC battery voltage is converted to 230V AC to run any or all of the house hold appliances with out any interruption. Thus no electricity blackout at home at any time. There are two types of inverters. Digital (micro chip) and Deluxe (analogue mosfet, Transistor). The choice is yours. An inverter is used to provide minimum level of power in case of power failure. Most of the Inverters available in market are of general purpose, meant only for lighting. In simple inverter circuit, DC power is connected to a transformer through the centre tap of the primary winding. A switch is rapidly switched back and allows the current to flow back to the DC source following two alternate paths through one end of the primary winding and then through the other end. The alternation of the direction of current in the primary winding of the transformer produces alternating current (AC) in the secondary circuit.Brightstar Inverters are easily converted to solar inverter at any time,we also provided additional switch in back side of inverter for selecting solar charging mode.
